not send out marketing e-mails to customers unless they have registered
to receive such material, have contacted us with enquiries or purchased
from us in the past.

If and when we need your personal information which identifies you we
will ask you first. Your personal information allows us to contact you.
Generally, this information is requested when you are either downloading
free products or when you purchase any of our products (eBooks, software
etc.) We will never collect sensitive information about you without your
explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
